[Lyle had never been a manager. He'd also basically lived solely with his "coworkers" so if he didn't consider them friends, then he would have been awfully lonely. He had to think of them as more than just someone he worked with, especially since they held his life in their hands and he with them]

Seeing anyone? No, I'm not. [If he didn't know better, he'd say that was a leading question right there]
