Animals are easy to take care of. All you have to do is make sure they're fed and have a place to sleep. Do that, pay them a little bit of attention, and they stay happy. [This is said with the carelessness of someone who had grown up in a farming community.]

I've already got four animals and a child at home, so unfortunately, this little guy is going up for adoption.
